what kind of noise? Also, its suspension, not suspention (don't worry, it's a common mistake on these here forums)

When did you change your cradle arms? Was the noise there before and after the change? It could be an improper installation. Also, exactly where is the sound coming from?

Does the noise get worse as you turn the steering? Especially at low speeds???

If so, try spraying the top of your shock head in the engine bay, with some sort of lubricant.

I'm experiencing this same problem in the front right side of my B12. First mechanic said it was a bad ball joint but when checked, the ball joint was good. Another mechanic said it was because of bad cradle bushings, so I changed them but the noise is still there.
As playzcircle said, only hearing it when when driving on bad roads or going over bumps. Not when turn the steering wheel or anything.

Could a bad shock absorber cause this?

Stabilizer bar bushings. Check those.

That is actually very common. Sometimes the brackets are bent or even broken. You could look into that as well.

^^ last time i had that problem was the shock head.. to check it.. pull off the cap and look at the stud.. u will notice if it is centered or one sided.. if it is centered.. then it is good..

if not let ur mech check back the bracket where the small bushing goes in on the chassis.. that probably bent..

if not possibly knuckle joints!
