Lancer Cedia Speed Sensor Issue

Postby sboo99 » February 6th, 2012, 10:24 am

I have a Lancer Cedia with INVECS III CVT transmission. Diagnostics picked up a bad speed sensor so it needs to be changed. Priced it and got the model number from Diamond as MR567292 and I intend to buy it online.

This site has the part number labelled as a crankshaft position sensor:

http://gzhaoxiang.en.alibaba.com/produc ... 67292.html

But this site has it labelled as an input speed sensor, but it states that the part cannot fit in my model (2003):

http://www.dormanproducts.com/p-6128-917-610.aspx

So which site is accurate? Or did Diamond just give me the wrong part number :/
