that van carries leaf springs to the rear,so what u need to be lookin for is a lowering kit,you can get them from most acc. shops,the rear kit consists of four(4) U clamps and two(2) lowering blocks,they come in different heights,inch and a half,two inch,the thicker the blocks,the lower the back will become.....
TO INSTALL:::::
Remove old U clamps by slackening the fasteners located under the van,directly under the leaf springs,you should see four nuts cuz each leaf spring has two clamps(two nuts per clamp) anyway place a jack under the van's BODY NOT SUSPENSION to raise the springs off of the suspension once the nuts have been removed.....
When the van gets higher the leaf springs should leave the banjo in the back and get higher as well,then if u look closely at the block u bought u would see a hole on one face and a point on the other..install with the point facing downward towards the banjo,as it acts like an anchor pin for the springs,then u begin to lower the van onto the block and if u look closely at the bottom of the leaf springs u would see a little round something resembling a rounded bolt head,make sure that goes into the hole on the face of the lowering block that is facing upward to the spring,once that is in....replace with new clamps(which shouls be longer than the old ones) and tighten up and ur done...do same for other side REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE STICK TYPE SHOCK ABSORBER BEFORE RAISING VAN
FRONT::::::::::::::::::::::
if it has a tensioning bar for the upper cradle,u in the game,just TIGHTEN the bolt on the end of the the bar and the vehicle would lower to your desired height...(bolt is found just behind the front wheel on the chassis) and if u have the model that has no bar and just the coil spring,remove spring,cut out a coil and u there..........
