You have it easy. Why not just buy it new out of the USA. Check www.magauto.com. The steering rack for the 2004 Elantra costs (ex-factory) US$138.98. You just have to add shipping to T'dad, VAT and Duty charges. You will still come out a lot better than if it was available from Neal and Massy.
