can an lexus altezza (2000 model) steering wheel work in a toyota corolla(2002 model) NZE?

If this can be done...who does the installation??

Is this a do it yourself job?, because i am a little worried about the air bag.

It's a simple DIY to change the wheel.
The Rav4 steering wheels and the IS are the same design. But these wheels are different from the NZE because the Rolla's have an additional piece on the wheel that switches the indicator switch on/off.
