alarm problem

installed a viper alarm resently and the vehicle would not arm or lock until the turbo timer shuts off the engine.need some help

there is a thread about this same thing try a seach.

i think it is the position of the ignition wire on the timer,it needs to be re-positioned!

Had similar problem with my turbo timer you may need to check a proper auto-electrician or alarm guy.

Sometimes the alarm is wired differently and dudes doing the install of the turbo timer don't know how to compensate for changes. An alarm guy guys should know how to resolve it as he would be able to recognise the wiring for have wiring diagrams to assist.

A dude like that tried to install my TT. Almost fried my alarm brain in the process. Luckily it was just a shock sensor that was fried. Of course the dude who did the installation claimed that he did nothing that would cause something like that to happen.

Thankfully, an alarm dude in Montrose was able to help me out last week.
