Can a B14 engine line up with a B11 transmission?

Postby Neil26 » January 14th, 2008, 2:03 pm

Jus asking, becuz my cousin recently purchased a B12 with a B14 engine but was getting sum trouble with the transmission, so he went by the mechanic who told him that he had to get a B11 transmission becuz his was going thru!

Is that possible :: B14 engine with B11 transmission?. does the mechanic know his stuff?

no i don't think it will line up properly ...its best to buy a B12 transmission in it but if it on a strain you can do a conversion and finish the whole job.....for instance i have a B13 and we were able to put a b14 in it ....jes have slight mods in it
