lmao i dont think so, it works and functions normally until i am at 100% throttle i got no reading, highly doubt the car is either riching out or leaning out, maybe is cause it on boost??

Are you sure the narrowband isnt going full rich or full lean? No LEDs on, period?

Very strange situation, highly doubt the engine leaning out or running rich. Gauge must me gone wacko!

try the gauge on someone else's car.
Maybe you wired it in wrong or your o2 sensor or pcm is poop.
