I have used Castrol ATF+3 in my CK2 (F4A41) tranny - works well
I then switched to Quaker State ATF+3, works a lil better than the Castrol, IMHO.
whatever tranny fluid you use in an INVECSII tranny such as teh F4A41, just make sure that it is SPII rated (i.e ATF+3)
NO DEXRON or MERCON (also no NP fluid)
ATF+3 is a Mitsu\Chrysler\DSM standard for several trannies, the INVECS II being one of them
ATF+4 standard is the Mitsu\Chrysler\DSM replacement for teh older ATF+3 standard, so I have no doubt that it will work in the F4A41 tranny
CAS also sells AMSOIL Universal Synthetic tranny fluid, which is suppose to be an SPII\SPIII equivalent, (which AMSOIL don't recommend for CVT's
