K10 march tranny problem....

Recently changed engine..
When driving car remains on one gear and does not change..
Trannny worked fine on other engine...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. ...

hey buddy check yr trans fluid level, make sure it to the correct level and is not leaking, also make sure u connect but the trans modulator properly or maybe the seleniod switch may of gone bad in the trans causing it to stick in one gear

Solenoid?
If this is the normal 3-speed there is no solenoid, either the kickdown cable is stuck/ badly adjusted or the governor [below the large black 'cap' on the housing] is stuck..........
