worn/misaligned suspension can also cause it.

If it just needs balancing, the shake on your steering wheel should stop.

If you have a bent rim or ditches you may still feel a vibration on the floor of the car after balancing at high speed and a slightly bumpy ride at low speed.

When they spin it on the balancer they would know what is what.

Rotors this time. Shave or replace.

Once you feeling vibration upon braking, first thing to check is rotors. They can be machined.

Check to see if they can machine them first...

Tone Automotive Limited on Union Road in Marabella can machine your rotors. They can also do a complete suspension check to see if anything else is wrong.

If you are going, my recommendation is to go there for 6:30 a.m. with a newspaper to read. If you are not there first, you could end up spending a couple hours waiting in line. It gets crowded there quickly.

Or something else now changed cv joints...I have 16s 50 profile tyres

Could be one or both. Take it back to your alignment shop.
