grinding knocking noise

when i gear down or the car on a low rpm i hearing a weird knocking griniding noise..anyone have an idea what this can be?

determine which side it coming from.....is it noisy in neutral or park or when driving?

nah sorted it out already..apparently it was a bracket needed was a bit loose and needed to be tightened..thanks though
