wtk flat spot

hear this i have a sir civic automatic. when i am driving at any speed and i slow down,as i mash the gas the car picks up a flat spot and then goes can anyone advise me what is the problem and what can i do to fix it .or is it thats just how it works.

possible fuel pressure problem.

think it might need an tune up.
And have the injectors serviced.

think it might need an tune up.
And have the injectors serviced.



When I had mine I had that problem and serviced the injectors and a full tune up and the problem was solved!

if that dosen't help the it might be the fuel pump and or the coil!

i experienced this problem today guys like now and then when i mash the gas from a stop the car gives a flat spot, checked the mechanic and said all mechanical is fine but he sid it might be a electrical problem as ronsin1, said it could be the coil, which i suspect is the fault in my car.
