http://www.optimabatteries.com/

Men will say all kind of numbers, but interestingly, their US based warranty is no longer than a regular battery (and NO warranty in TT)

i would not suggest using the yellow top battery as a primary battery it doesnt hold out for very long. and seeing that there is no warranty for trinidad it really makes no sense using it. the red top on the other hand CAN be safely used as a primary battery for up to a year and a half maybe more.

........I have a yellow top batt in my car 2 yrs now stil impressive and still going strong.
it s a lot better than the regular lead acid, has a greater reserve capacity, keep voltage constant even as it is discharging, no maintenance, vibration resistant= longer life.
Supposed to last 2 times longer than regular batteries. Temp. being a factor, heat would reduce the life of any battery, I would say 1 1/2 times longer.
Can be completely discharged and recharged without losing capacity like a regular battery which may end up with a damaged cell.
there's a lot more I could say, but u could try asking in the I.C.E section for more opinions....

Since u want "a little music" I suggest u go with the optima(yellow) u wil not regret it.

i have, however heard of a few that failed within the first 6 months, but thats like 2 or 3 our of the howevermuch is out there. i had a d34 (dual pole) for about 3 years in the pug. normal ac delco mtc free lasts like 15-16 months!!!
the high temp is bad bad like shaks said.

the optimas are worth the money.
