Interested in getting one of these but I understand there is a major problem with these engines. The engine block cracks and leaks out coolant. Can this be confirmed. Thanks.

U talking about the local or foreign used?
My uncle has a local 08 and uses it to go everywhere, has a poor maintenance schedule, and it still works great.
He has about 150K on the odo as well.

I have a local 2008 with the 1.8. no issues at all.

Have a local 2007 1.8 almost 80, 000 kms wrks nice no probs
