blown d15z head and block swap info wanted

my girlfriend has an ek3 with a d15z head and block,but it damaged and smoking, water getting in the engine so we decided to change the head and block, i tried looking for the d15z in the bamboo but it kinda hard to find, can i use another variant of the d15z to replace it?

D15B. D15Z would be what came in the local EXi. Non vtec right?

yea....someone told me the d15z came with the local ek3 but if im swaping it out with the d15b id have to change harness and mount positions.....

very unlikely. supposed to be a straight swap.
