honda guys i need sum info on vtec

can one lower down the vtec from 5500 on a d15b vtec engine
using jus a controller or do it need to do sum for more oil pressure first

besides the lower, you wont really hear or fell it...

Ecu not sending the signal for the vtec but wen I test it using a direct 12v wire it comes on... so thinkin adding a vtec controller instead of changing the ecu since it difficult to get

controller can work but dont adjust to low cuz u will loose power on top

vtec only comin on 5500...if i applied voltage before it stil comes on at 5500
what is my problem here now guys?
