depends which F20B

SOHC you can get parts fairly easily

The DOHC F20B VTEC (bluetop) would be harder to get parts but it is such a desirable engine

Great, superb, brilliant engine.. You may struggle to find individual parts for it though seeing as it was never sold in the US and not many cars came to Trinidad with it..
If a H22 is around the same price, that may prove to be the better option in this case

Interchangeable between which engines?

The internet is littered with info on the F20B DOHC... Do some reading

Quite a few parts are the same between F20B blue top and H22, but not everything. It was sold only in Japan market. As CD4Accord said, get the H22 which has more torque and more available parts.

Can you confirm whether or not the following are the same between F20B DOHC VTEC and H22A engines?

Cylinder bore size
Cylinder sleeve material (iron or FRM)
Headgasket
Timing belt
Crankshaft
Bearings

To the best of my knowledge,
F20B DOHC
Bore:85mm
Stroke:88mm
Iron sleeves

H22
Bore:87mm
Stroke:90.7mm
FRM sleeves

Can't help you with the rest

headgasket is different .due to different bore size.
timing belt is different but the h22 will work
crankshaft is different
bearings(rod are b series bearings..and main are h22a4)
