D15B 3 Stage Vtec trouble and LF a manual ecu aslo

hi all, ive gotta stock 3stage vtec with gearbox ina eg8 installed over 1yr, worked fine n off lately it has a wierd problem..... It idles normal, starts normal but when you press down it redlines @ about 7200 (which ive read is normal) but on accelerating the rpm cant get passed 6000 in 1st 5500 in 2nd 
now d wierd part is even if the car jus barely rollin (1-2km/hr) n i mash the clutch n rev of it going jus over 6000 rpm but as soon as i com to a complete stop it redlines @7200rpm.....
Any Ideas as to why this might be happening?????
also i need a manual ecu for dis engine any 1 has 1 fuh sale?
