Got the CRV Rd1 front spindles installed on my ek3, but the bearings needed to be changed. My mechanic told me he replaced the bearings with the regular ek3 front spindle bearings. Should that work properly?
Yes it would work, it uses the same bearings. Some suspension parts are the same with the RD1 CRV and EK civic. Even when you go to buy parts for an EK civic you will see CRV written on the packaging of some.
Forgot about this post yes. I have universal rims. So 4x100 in the back. Dunno about the ek2. But the rd1 I believe has larger brakes. However I am using cd4 disc and calipers. Epic front brakes.
