I recently converted from automatic to manual, but my check light is staying on at all times. cud any1 help?? is it dat i hav 2 change my brain & harness also?

The only problem i got with my conversion was with my IACV. I had to change from a 3 wire to a 2 wire IACV, which you could get from any manual honda engine. Eg. I got mine from a b18c

But i didnt get any check light though. Maybe because i had a manual brain. Hopefully the other honda gurus could help you.

what engine you have vtec or none vtec or it is the three stage vtec one

Find out why the check light is on would be a good start....

yea i hav a 3 stage vtech D15B

d you have idle problems

Checl light is cus ders no convertor selionoid to d ecu to pick up is nothing but I do d conv and my temp gauge not workin or speed gauge d faster i go das how d temp workin lol

once u are using an unchipped automatic brain with after a manual conversion you will always get a check light....if u have a cvt tranny you will have to run a by pass on some wires to get it off or could go the way of buyin a chipped ecu an call it a day!
