D15b vtec advice

so i bought a D15b engine vtec,the one with the two solinoids.the engine supposed to work with a cvt tranny but want to use back my normal transmission...heard that theres a wiring that is required to get the vtec to engage...who does this?how is the vtec supposed to work?what rpm etc... any advice would help...btw putting it in my 99ek... 731-3323

well yall gonna have problems because the ecu for the 2 solenoid vtec engines programmed to use with a cvt transmission only

theres ways you can get around it still but you need an ecu to control the regular trans so you dont lose performance plus you need one to control the 2vtec head.

its best you manual swap instead

anybody knows of someone who could wire this for it to work ?would consider manual swap as last resort
