advice needed on replacement tranny for CF3 accord..

i have a 98 CF3 accord and im in the process of bringin it back to life.. the transmission in completely gone and im looking or a replacement. the code is MCJA, will any other trans work since it seems this one is a little difficult to locate. any suggestions will be greatly appreciated..
