Car cuttin off

recently my car only cuttin off wen the idle reachin 1000. car startin back normal, drivin normal, but once i start slowin down an mashin d brakes, cuttin off most times. so far i've changed throttle body, fuel pump and mapping sensor. an electrician came thru an everything checked out fine. so now im clueless as to wat the problem may be. cud it be the brain box? my mechanic and i will go at it again 2moro but any kind of assistance will be helpful. its a d15b honda civic btw.
