need advice!!!

Good day honda tuners.
have a pair of dual projectors for a 97 coupe. wanna kno if i can use halogen bulbs without having to install a relay or should i just go with HID. need some advice on both types of lights. thank you

u have to remove the bumper

bumper removal:
-remove all but two black clips above grill (we will remove that later)
-remove clips at the side of grill
-unbolt the three support bolts under the bumper (special 10 bolts, do not lose)
-unscrew side of bumper under fender
-now you can remove the two clips we left in. remove bumper.
remove light:
-two bolts on top
-one bolt on the side closer to the radiator. u will need an extension on your ten socket
-last bolt on the fender side. you may need to pull back the fender shield a bit. remove one of the fender clips to make it easier.
in case u'r wondering.. yes, i've done this before. takes 5 minutes.
