ES8 Power lock actuator malfunction

Fellow Tuners,
I am experiencing a problem with the actuator in my ES8 civic. Everytime I open my drivers door by pulling the door handle on the inside all the knobs lock. To get out the vehicle i have to hold the knob up and pull the door handle rather slowly for it to open. Can the actuator be adjusted to fix this of does it have to be replaced? I have locked myself out the car a few times now because of this. Please help! Thanks.
