D15B tappets adjustment

still sorting out d issues on d RS i bought last mth, rite now d tappets hv my engine sounding like a diesel..... anyone know what are d specs on d tappets adjustment clearance..... its a D15B 3-Stage VTEC... any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Intake: 0.17-0.22 mm (0.007-0.009 in)
Exhaust: 0.22-0.27 mm (0.009-0.011 in)
