wtk b16a gearbox

i have a b16a engine (manual) when changing gear from 2-3 i hear a crunch sound but it only occurs when i am going fast but not when down shifting ,what is this and who can repair asap

3rd gear synchro going or change gearbox fluid and see if it stops.
It's no easy or cheap fix.

had the syncro problem to confirm
shift 2 -> 3 at low rpm ( supposed to be no grind)
then
2 -> 3 close to read line pressure to get in gear
at stated
