guys can anyone tell me the difference between the b16a and the b16b gearboxes.....can the box from the b16a work on the ek9 type r and work just the same as the b16b gearbox... thanks in advance for any help guys.

yes you can interchange them

last time i checked both had the same gears only major difference is the LSD in the B16b some b16a boxes bo not have

what is the problem with the box

they have the gearboxes here

according to the link yes

just the parts and syncros are stronger in the b16B box
