I'm looking for this hose in the picture. I think it's the power steering pump high pressure line. It's for a 2003 Civic. It got a small leak right where the hose meets the metal part of the line. Anybody?

Buy a new one. Check the Company or Auto Nation. You can try a used one as well if funds are limited. DO NOT GET IT REPAIRED BY ANY OF THOSE HOSE COMPANIES, as this is a total waste of money. They give all sort of problems.

^^ I called Federal but they don't have any.

Anyone have a number for Auto Nation? I can't find it in the directory.

What hose is this btw?

praise, Thanks. I called Classic but they said they never brought that in. Auto Nation not open today apparently.

red_dragon, I checked that link, they have it listed as #4, but two different part numbers, one for $165 and the other for $40. So I don't know which one it is.

This looks like a trip to the bamboo.

Please state the engine model number. eg. D15Y6

And I will lookup the correct part number whether it SDM, JDM or Local.

The part number I found is 53713-S5A-Q04. Please confirm by looking at the shape of Item# 4 below. Is your vehicle JDM, SDM or local?

The link you given above is the USDM part. With part numbers are 53713-S5D-A07 &-A06.

If you are looking for a new one, you will have to order from Singapore, Japan or maybe Europe. Your best bet is to look for a used piece or try to repair. I use to repair PS hoses at Hi-Tech in POS when I was in the auto repair business.

I will ask for a quote from Japan.

I got a reply from my Japanese supplier this morning. I intentionally only mentioned it was a "ES5" (knowing it may creat a conflict) and he knew instantly it was an Export Model. He only supplies parts for ONLY JDM vehicles.

I don't have a Singapore supplier. You can try Singapore roll-on roll-off dealers, they can normally supply parts for SDM vehicles. You can also try to source from Europe, I am 99.9% sure the part number I gave you is correct.

Ok thanks alot but I got it fixed. Carried it by Trinidad Hose and they sorted it out. They put back the restrictor etc etc. I pulled it down and put it back up for myself, it seems to be working fine now. I'll monitor it and see if anything goes wrong, but I don't think so.

Thanks for the help.
