While going up the highway on the way to maracas yesterday i noticed while i was running out the gears (2 & 3) the temp. guage was moving from 1/2 or normal position to about 3/4.
As i reached up by grand bazar while waiting on the traffic lights it went back to 1/2 or normal position.
When I reached maracas I checked the radiator level, coolant bottle and the hoses to see if there was any leaks.Everthing was ok.
Everthing else seems to be working ok,fans etc.

I thought that maybe as it was around midday this happened, but it also happened last night when i was going back down the highway.

Note: I recently (last wk) installed a new 2 core radiator, changed all water hoses (original honda hoses). Also added honda coolant.
Thermostat is still installed.

Any suggestions or checks i can make?

And if that does not work you might want to check your thermostart,
it may be in need of changeing
