Check for vacuum leaks, by examining all vacuum hoses, PCV valve, and intake manifold. Also service the trottle body and pay special attention to the IAC valve.
These trottle can get very dirty, so make sure you scap it down throughly and set it back exactly with the same setting you took it apart. A little paint mark helps alot.
