parking gear

yo fellas i hav a 93 integra.problem is wen i start in park i cant shift to any other gear even wen d brake is pressed.i hav to shut down d car n shift the gear to neutral usin d ignition key in d gearbox lock den restart d car in neutral.also wen i normally drive d car n press d brake,d doors would lock automatically.dis is no longer happening.anyone knows d problem ???n solutions???
