my speedometer needle popped off d meter i manged to put it back on.problem is it aint werkin like it used to.any ideas as wat cud b d problem?

I have no idea why the needle would pop off the meter... thats just not supposed to happen

It would be showing the wrong speed though, since its unlikely you put it back correctly

I could set it back to where its supposed to be if you want...

I guess you could do that...

The needle should point absolutely down when you open up you cluster...

That's one way to reset it, there should be a tiny "ns" on the speedo... this is where the needle usually tends to if you rotate it.

If you remove your needle just give the speedo a few seconds to centre itself and place the needle at exactly 6 o'clock
