the IACV is located directly beneath the throttle body on the D15.. you will see a sensor on the end (near the firewall) and a rotationg drum inside if you open it.. clean that out once you're there..
the bad idle is most likely caused by a vacuum leak.. extra air leaks into the intake causing the rpm to rise, the ECU then cuts fuel and the revs drop back.. the process repeats..
check the throttle body gasket.. maybe use a very fine film of silicone to help it seal better.. also, make sure the rubber gasket for the IACV seals properly else coolant might leak into your intake.. bad..
