on my old build, stock b20b block, stock b16a head with auto cams, VAFCII, stock b16a injectors, converted d15 header (muffler man made a flange for a b16a and welded it on) 2'' piping running strait out with a 3'' muffler (some shite cheap ass brand) and with some help from ahh certain tuner, we did 169hp and either 125 or 128tq (cant remember exact tq figures)
unless you spraying on turboing, you will want to swap out that LS tranny quick. When I was LSVT w/o turbo on an LS tranny, the car was torquey... but on a run... gears were just too damn long for n/a.

i gettin the whole setup for cheap....
i cant argue with that....
theLSD trany alone is the cost of the motor tranny that i gettin...
i wil have to settle for the LS for now until pockets allow the changeover....
this is one of the last runs we made with the old motor... we played with some other add-on and made 16 something, but i can't find that one...
this is the motor being "brake in" vtec was off and we just want to see what the motor was doing and to have a idea for how the motor was handling rpm (the motor was not been dyno tuned. just did a street tune, hit the dyno to verify afrs)
