What is the best way to go about doing this..??

coilovers.......but why do u want to do that?

coilovers or lowering springs matched with appropriate shocks.

also invest in a front and rear camber kit as your car's geometry will be off, and will cause bad bad tyre cutting. listen to experience here.

yes. proper lowering is not cheap.

How much would coilovers matched with appropriate shocks cost...??

As well as front and rear camber kit..??

arospeed camber kits 600-700 each
skunk2 front camber kit 1500-1800 i cant remember.
the skunk2 is by far the superiour of course!
ingalls rear camber (bolts + washers) seem nice but i dont know the price locally.

it depends that price will vary according to the quality "brand" of the shocks and coil overs that u wanna get .... the cheap one will give a crappy ride as time goes on however to get a more comfortable feel u will have to spend the money!

full coilovers very expensive - i think the sleeve type is not really performance oriented.

If i was you i would get a full coilover set up. i dont mean just the sleeves i mean dampers and everything. if you put just the sleeves on performance shocks you wont be able to drop it real low... it would be low but with dampers you could get it lower and dampers would last longer than shocks. a good brand thats not to pricey is k sports. im puttin those on my integra soon.
