I would definately like to help with organising aetc. Have real experience with planning events may not be in the judging field but i can help planning, organising etc.

Sinnas and others interested, keep posted, I will make an annoucement ahead of time so all interested can come and discuss. I am close to starting the preparations since we have almost enough participants interested to guarantee a working event. (20+ is a great start, but I want MORE PEOPLE !!!)

My TB sensors aint workin good so no vtec immc

My car is a work in progress, i eh want to be the only cvt man getting licks up and down that circuit/soldex or whatever y'all decide.

braat!! There is a tuner on here that competes sucessfully in solodex with a sohc cvt. Not to mention Mr. Fixables who has won solodex and beat many faster cars with a sohc cvt hatch.

JD... no meetings about his have taken place, only planning done at home, alone I do not intend to have practice runs per se, you are encouraged to compete in the standard drag racing and solodex events as found on the 2nr motorsports calender for your practice. Just keep in mind that other competitors on the list already do so without the need for the face-off, so start sharpening your skills !

I intend for the face-off to encourage honda enthusiasts to meet, compete and even share technical info, tips, tricks, etc.... not really as a routine event. If you notice, we cannot have all events in the same day, so this face-off may even take multiple events over weeks to complete.


as far as that impromptu circuit at Camden... it's tough, most of the drivers that took part were fairly seasoned circuit or solodex competitors... i feel it might alienate our newer enthusiasts. It can always be discussed tho.
