Makes sense, but the material used in the GReddy system wasn't what I'd define as cheap tho. However, I've not much experience with many various systems, just responded on feedback received from the person who bought it from me.

My current systems is made from cheaper material than the GReddy and s far so good, butcar is barely used so maybe it hasn't had chance to get louder.

FGK & Tanabe are excellent in quality and craftsmanship though, never seen anyonecomplain with either of those systems

Zim. so far i can't complain about the sound of the muffler.

of course it is louder than the CTR barrel but it is not as loud as the round barrel that was on when i bought the car but has a nice tone on acceleration, very quiet on idle. this has not changed since i have installed it. so far so good.

the cost to ship it in was suprisingly good when compared to some of the used barrels i have seen on tuner. i really wanted to buy a Apexi WSII barrel but the cost was a little to high.

JDM_GUY. boi why u so :D . i will post some later on.

why minus one ? most people put on camber kits to avoid cutting tires ..which isnt necessary up to -2 once your toe is set to zero and you rotate tyres and keep within the recommended tire pressure you'll be fine .ive been running my tires for years like this. if the goal is handling you'll also have to look at the rear ,alot more to it than just running -1 in the front .the spc camber kit is one of the best kits you can get .you can use energy suspension bushing and oem ball joints as replacements when the need arises

i have started to do the pre-installation work on the shocks and hope to have everything installed this week, including the camber kit, then off to the alignment shop.

i am really enjoying the ride and handling of the set up i have on the car right now so waiting to compare against this GC and Koni set up.

Gx7. not planning to sell them. they are my back up springs.

adriano7910. they are the standard off the shelf kit and are either 350/250 or 380/280.

i completed the installation myself and so far, can't complain on the ride. you tend to feel the dips on the highway a bit more than the Espelir springs, which I expected, but all in all it feels good.

no comparison the ground control are better springs and adjustable height also progressive and new.but i would say that the espelir are pretty decent springs for daily driving ,i dont know if they are still in production and they tend to sag with age..the stiffer feeling over dips would be the extra dampening provided by the koni.

the set up is a bit pricey but worth the money

well i guess that's your opinion ? cuz at d end of the day a civic is no hi performance car , i owned many of them ....... no matter what u put in u will always have a down fall ..... and handling will suck imo espilers wher the closest to a stock ride with the lower effect ...... never had GC but for the price i will not buy it ......

Gx7. i decided to give the GC and Koni set up a try as I got it at a fairly good price. i was very skeptical at first about this whole coilover deal as i had driven in cars with coilover set ups and was not impressed with the ride for a daily driver.

i must say, for a daily driver, it is quite comfortable and the handling has improved from the espelir. i can now understand why this combo has been such good reviews and as fass4drs said, this combo gives me height adjustability and are Eibach springs which u can't go wrong with.

i am not saying the espelir are not good springs, don't get me wrong. i do agree with you that the ride on the espelir is close to stock for a drop spring and that is why i am not selling them 8-)

fass4drs. i need to install the camber kit and change out the solid energy supension trailing arm bushing and go back OEM. never liked the ride on the car with that solid bushing.

that's about all i have planned suspension wise.

don't plan to upgrade the brakes as the braking on the car is quite good for a daily driver and occasional hard pulls.
