mine are not adjustable, spring rate is suppose to be 290 in the front and 190 Rear, the problem I believed was my tyre and wheel combo 17s 205/45/17 Dunlop Direzzas which started rubbing, switched back to my Mugen MR5's 185/60/14 that eased the ride but the handling wasn't as sharp (sidewall too much) also made me the guy that had too maneuver humps.
