want to turbo my d15b vtec, what management is best?

Looking at a low boost project prob 8-10 psi using a sr20 t25 or t28 turbo, log manifold, etc...no upgraded pistons or internals...prob jus cometic headgasket and arp headstuds....dont know about management at all...thats my weak point ...dont know about chipping the brain etc.....someone plz help me out, thanks.....and if anyone has any turbo kit to sell ill also consider it
