basically it,s an adapter harness,that allows you to use different generation honda ecu,s(obd0/obd1/obd2a+b) on different models. the most popular being obd1-P28 ecu,s(most tuning software & circuit boards-Hondata/Crome) are avaliable . you can source one over the internet,prices vary by manufacture - $60-140 US.
