This looks like a great job. Seem like the 3m restoration kit (great product) and $200 is very reasonable for the amount of labour and close attention it takes to produce good results. Keep it up!
The problem remains though that unless we figure out a way to UV coat these polycarbonate lights, in years to come, they yellow again. It's a shame, but its the drawback of the materials. Have you tried anything like UV clear coats etc?
I understand the rustoleum non-yellowing UV spray works well.
