I believe Mercedes E-Class and above has that option as standard. Haven't seen that anywhere or anything else. A6 and up had CC when I checked, but weren't adaptive. BMW's did not come with CC at all (according to the sales rep) since they're "not needed in Trinidad" Pls, I use it alot.. ...

To me, u shouldn't b feeling anything after 2nd gear unless something wrong with the gear itself or shaft. Gears 1,3,5,7 are on 1 shaft n 2,4,6 on another. Can't remember which reverse on, think it's the even shaft. But any gear after 3rd will actually b spinning faster than the engine rpms so there...
