Hello, I know that 4agze and 3s swaps have been discussed many times here and atm I'm leaning towards a 4agze swap even though the age of the engines worry me a bit. There was another engine that I was looking at as a possibility has any one locally has tried a 1MZ-FE swap? Will this engine even fit?

the two connectors CL101 spoke of are to the front of the tranny (a 3wire connector to your lower right facing the front of the vehicle) and the neutral start switch...if a pin is broken in the NSS it could cause the problem you're getting But what's a plug wire and a knock sensor have to do with y...

I visited a mechanic and it seems like I'll need two parts would anyone happen to have a plug wire for a 4age and a knock sensor for sale? checked a couple near by parts places for the plug wires but no luck.

Hello, I have an automatic 4age silvertop. I'm no mechanic but I think my transmission is slipping. When accelerating 2nd gear comes in at 20 km, 3rd at 40 km, and 4th at 60. It also takes forever to get to 60kms. Any ideas on what the problem could be or am i right about the transmission slipping? ...
