How do those compare to the Lee Kum Kee? This is all we use. Sometimes we will get the Sing Da. But a good mix of both soy sauce and dark soy sauce for a lil balance works well for me.

Yes it has. But the rolls are bigger and the paper is a bit stronger. So you are not using as much as the previous type.

What coating did you use? A good wax like meguiars on the windshield and mirrors and the water will bead off.. use water spot remover or vinegar for a wipe down first. Actually it's a mix. Some bone, meat and a lil fatty pieces here and there. Ask for medium pepper if you like. i pass there fairly often, will try that place. hope it is not 99% bone as in most of them goat food places I still insist that the best goat roti I have eaten is from Warrenville Food Hut....
