Start simple first. A loss of power problem that exist when the engine is cold only is most likely electrical, spark plugs, coil packs etc. If it occurs even after the engine has heated up, it's usually air or fuel. Check fuel filter/s and air filter first then go on to the above mentioned items. B...

OK. They probably getting a "no communication" when they scan. I'm not sure if they'll want to flash the used module but they will be able to install.
