The manual recommends 91 octane for 3zz-fe and 90 octane for 1zz-fe. Using premium is a waste of money fore these engines.

The gas id filtered at the pump and in your tank, it has no lead, just a red dye to distingush from Premium gas (RON 95).

Enjoy super, and save money.

I am biased towards Toyota. Fuel economy on my 1800 Corolla is better than the smaller lancer engines. The corolla may not feel aggressive because of its mass.. About 1300Kg on some models. Additionally, with curtain airbags, the corolla has a 5 star safty rating. You are not going to get that on an...

Hope I not too late, You can get altis parts cheap on the Internet from the US. So don't make that an issue. The real issue is fuel economy. The 3zz seem to be drinking gas. The NZE is the more economical car. Adding aftermarket accessories like headlights, taillight, and grills would be easier with...

Electrical devices requires power from the alternator, which inturn draws its power from the engine, reducing your fuel economy. Consider the fact that a vehicle requires about 10HP to cruise at a constant velocity. A pair of 55W fog lights (110W) draws about 1/7 HP from the alternator. Assuming a 7...
