I'd check closely the MAF sensor, and clean it well. If a bit of oil from the KN gets on there, it will drastically affect the WOT runs by either leaning out or enrichening the fuel trims. If it is bucking climbing a hill, I would imagine it is a lean condition pulling timing under engine load. When...

Nice read Padna... I run Mobil 1 exclusively...an since the first time I put it in, the performance is much better in my big engine. In the winter months, I run a 5w30, which is a lighter oil, and it gets moving around in the block much easier in the cold...in the summer I run 10w30, as it provides ...

Leak on your clutch mater cylinder possibly? Is that not pressurized by your vac circuit? If so, when you press it, you leak fluid and vacuum simultaneously...resulting in lower RPM and stall. My $0.02...

Good luck with it...

I feel bad for d engine...it has been eating dirt since he washed that wit a gas base cleaner. That is not a filter anymore...it is a mesh screen. The engine will die if he keep using it. No pink oil...no dirt trap. No dirt trap...no engine soon. Don't give it back to him, ah he will run it again. R...

You guys down in Trini have 95 octane...and I would suggest using that all the time, and keep away from them octane boosters. They are horrible for clogging things up. They work well on the inlet end of things, but once it is through the injectors to the exhaust system, they coat the O2 sensors with...

Ram air will help force the air in, whereas the CAI will just draw colder air from outside the engine bay. I would say a ram air will be more functional, as you mentioned when you start moving, the IAT will go down. I run a ram air box that feeds my CAI, and the result is at higher speeds, my IAT st...

Throw a SC on that V8 and BAM...SR20 is done. Depends also what generation camaro it is in...old school camaro 68-81...SR20 will hold em...newer generation are lighter and a bit better geared...hence SR20 down...350 chevy V8 are pretty fast no matter what...but there were plenty of them built with l...

How much boost is everyone running?

Hello Trinis... Graham from Calgary, Canada. Married a Trini woman years back now...and just experienced the Trini racing at the end of August when I stopped by the drag event. You guys got it great down here, and have some quick rides. So, I run a supercharged 3.8 liter Pontiac up here with 12-13ps...

It will happen under heavy throttle...and engine noise and exhaust most times drown it out. The symptoms are se...
