Anybody know where I could get a air flow sensor for non gdi 4g93t?

Fellas, I was coming down the highway and heard this weird grinding/humming noise, so I put the car in neutral to hear better, then I pull it into 4th gear to continue driving but there was no throttle response, and lost my power steering, but other electricals were working, saw the engine light cam...

Changed release bearing at the beginning of the year so might be the 2nd one, how or who could sort out that for me?

Fellas I've been hearing some kinda clicking noise when I engage the clutch, right when its at that balancing point, what could be causing that and how to fix it?

Yup noisy, used to use 10w40 and switched to 20w50 recently to see if would help but it's getting worse.

What is the recommended viscosity to use on the 4G93T? and recommended gearbox oil ??

Anybody knows what oil is recommended for a 4G18 gearbox?
